Who is here often often enough for such a big site and does his or her job despite personal feelings about the person(s)...as anyone active would of course have... active is a main thing. there are a lot of "good mods" that arent here often... i think the best mods are the ones that are here enough to soak up some drama and detach i wanna nominate madcrappie. despite what any of you think, he is here all the time and very fair. he doesnt let his personal opionions get in the way. i think the fact that so many of you get mad about him shows he does his "job" so yay vote and give a why if you want

Where does it tell you whose a moderator anyway? Like - I've seen madcrappie loads of times - seems a nice enough chap to me - but i wouldn't have known he was a moderator Am I being dumb?
xaosflux (sp?) He's ALWAYS explained his reasons when questioned, been very clear about his behaviour... I really appreciate having an explanation so that you know what's acceptable and what's not

ok, well sometimes I think he comes across as a bit harsh, but he really came through for me, when someone was giving me a hard time and he's cleaned up most of the flaming and trolling in random, so I say madcrappie too. you also know where you stand with him S
I like Balbus, because he looks after the most potentially sensitive and damaging area of the site, yet he lets all kinds of shit go that other moderators get all petty and antsy about Free Speech Madcrappie is cool, but that bird migration incident. Tut tut
I tend to not really give all the threads a fair chance ... so I don't know many of the mods here ... but my vote goes to Drumminmama. She's a really kind person who opens up and really helps you out of you have a problem. Hip Hip Horray for Drumminmama!
