Ok so i smoke quite a lot so i go to pick up, a gram every other day for £10 ($18) havent been busted yet by the policee but had a really close call when a police car came so close but didnt stop. I was waiting outside the dealer's place in front of a taxi , waiting for my friend to pick up and come get in the taxi with me, and the police car went past and further down the road and turned, i rang my friend to hurry up and get back , we hop into the taxi, as soon as the taxi starts moving again, the same police car comes to the junction from another street, and flashes the light for us to move on first , PHEWWWW ! we had like £60 (130) of weed on us, and thats a bit too much for them to ask us to just throw away, so it was close. These days i get really paranoid when going to pick up and fear a police car emerging from anywhere, i'v practised this line in my head if a police man does stop me. And ask me if I have anything on me is, "i'm going to be honest and say i have a little bit of weed on me, thats it" . If the police man says some blah blah, im gonna say "look by doing this i'm just enjoying personally in my own space, and i'm atleast not going out drinking and smashing stuff " soo do u think thats gonna work ? i'm in the east midlands, if anyone else is here frm the uk , any experience with uk police .. ?
I got caught once but luckily the policeman was reeeally nice and just let me dump it out, I didnt have that much maybe a gram or so but i was really scared.
lol the police wont care if you pull an "at least.." line like that, saying some smart ass shit like that wont change their mind. Your best bet is to just be nice and fess up, period. Another tip would be, not to buy such small amounts so frequently. Save up for a fat bag so it lasts until you go pick another one up, so your chances of getting caught have dropped intensly. yea dude, just be careful when scoring herb. ON occasion sometimes the cop might be cool, but lets not give them the benefit of the doubt here, just don't say anything about shit on you, and hide it in a good pocket oir something. just be careful man, thats basically the best you could do

yea exactly if they come up to ask anything just say your waiting for drunk friend to go home in the taxi so he wont be driving(if somthing like that happens again) but i wouldn't even tell them anything if you have shit on you, like sean said, dont give police the benefit of the dought, because they are either going to make you throw it away or give it to them(if they are cool) or arrest you, but not telling him you get to save your weed...i would go with the keeping the weed one. one time me and a friend were heading to a school with a basketball to play some ball(and smoke after) and there was a cop parked in the parking lot watching speeders and i even went and made small talk with them(i had about 3 grams in my pocket) and asked "did you catch any speeders yet?" cop: "yup we caught a couple" me:"ignorant speeders when will they learn?" cop:"what are guys up to?" me:"just going to play some b-ball at the school" cop:"ok well stay out of trouble" me:"of course officer" then we go off and smoke a j cops are your friends =)
Thats what they want you to think. Ever watch cops? They tackle people,shove there faces in the ground, and they do this to 1 person when theres like 4 other cops around, seriously its bullshit. There not even sure committed a crime and they just dont give a shit. Most cops are dicks, period.
what to do when busted by the police (in the states, idk about british law, sorry): Shut the fuck up, give only your name, ss number, and address (you are required by law to do that) and then ask for a lawyer. Most people incriminate themselves because they have wide mouths, and believe that the police can cut deals, they can't, it's up to the DA to decide which charges to press. It happens alot where someone is the victim of an illegal search (search laws are really stringent, btw, it's how most people get off), but beacuse they say something stupid trying to get out of it they end up confessing to the whole deal (that is admissable) remember: the police are like vampires, they (usually) can't come in unless you invite them, and they are not your friends.
^^ Im with u on this one brother. Once they wanted to search me and started touching my bag with an ounce in it. I just said u got no right to search me and he told me to go. Fuck them, they lie too much!
I'm from UK, reckon I can give some advice (well i'll try). I would do excactly what you said. The plice in the UK are genrally very very lax compared to US cops, which is why some of the Americans on this site will give a lot different advice as far as the law is concerned. If you are over 17 and aren't smoking it at the time they catch you, you are in the clear. It's decriminalized in certain circumstances, personal use and 17+ being one of them I believe.
^^You are saying this in the marijuana forum. Also, that kind of attitude is how a police state is so easily formed. A crime is breaking the law, but if that law was something obviously wrong and unjust, is it not right to break the "law"?
