2 plants in the same container will fight each other -for light -for water -for nutrients. AND -if 1 is male and 1 is female, you will need to get rid of the male. Since the roots are intertwined you can't rip it out; you'll have to cut it down at soil level. The remaining roots will rot. Since these are intertwined with the healthy roots from the female, it can easily cause the female to die or at least suffer, negatively impacting yield.
The plants in question are both a nycd crosses I call purple diesal.They love to grow like a bush,and they are in a flood and drain settup.wich I believe would give them a sufficient space to expand, since the flood and drain system operates on the basis that all the roots grow together anyways.Also they are a tried and proven strain. as a matter of fact,I know somewhere within about roughly an oz of what the produce on average(avg.4 oz's ) I would probebly not try this in soil, who knows what wierd problem you would have.The plants so far seem to just be growing more mass and more sites,which is good.My prediction is it will produce a bit more but who knows? only time will tell. I promise pictures as soon as my bro in law gives my damb digi cam back and you will all see whos forreal on this forum.they wont be your avg.pics I promise streight mouth watering photos + a few never before seen state of the art opps.give me about 3-4 days and ill have them up.
i saw a pic of 2 seeds with the white root attached 2 each other, i think it was amsterdamn seeds, about 2 years ago some guy told me if u have a male and a female seed ( course impos to tell) together in 1 pot they would make 10 or so seeds. is that info crap right?
Right, crap. The # of seeds produced doesn't depend on how close the plants are. 1 grain of pollen + one bud hair = 1 seed. Generally, the closer the plants are together, the more pollen is transferred i.e. the more seeds are produced. A male and female plant in the same container will result in the female producing so many seeds there will be very little pot to smoke.
