All my life, whenever there is a change in the temperature, or when I'm cold, I get these weird reddy-pink fishnet-esque things all under my skin. I'm not sure what it is, tissue or something, I don't think it's veins. It almost looks like the bottom of a pool when you look at it on the sunny day. A really strange design.

Anyhow, today I looked at my hands, and I was getting orangey spots all over them, (my hands are almost always cold) and my fingers were turning blue. It wasn't really even that cold outside.

What the hell is going on?!

I get the exact same thing all over my arms. I get it when I'm hot as well. Maybe fluid?

That sounds like poor circulation. Especially if it happens when the temperature changes.

hehe yep I get that too. Having GOOD circulation seems to be rare these days. Probably all the damn pollution.

But, there are certain things you can do to help your circulation as well. For one, do you smoke? Smoking is TERRIBLE for your circulation. Exercising regularly HELPS circulation, so try walking more or something.

Something my friend told me was to just rub my wrists and ankles whenever I got that, and it helps get the blood flowing a little, and warms up your hands and feet lots.

Try keeping your hands warm with gloves [NOT direct heat] if they tend to get cold easily.
