Eastern Canada same as West?

    With that 60 Min on Marc Emory last week, does anyone know if the statutes regarding seed sales are as lax in eastern Canada (Toronto, Montreal) as they are out in BC?
    I'm really hinky about P.O. boxes and the mail, & thought a little drive up to our northern neighbor migh be nice for me & mine.
    Can I get some 'hep out there?

    Ohh seeds... at the headshops there 25 seeds for 80$ for pemo seeds, and in bulk from my dealer i can get 400 mainstream seeds (ww, wr, palm ect), for 50$
