For the longest time now, I've felt a pain, almost like an slushie headache,
in the area of my third eye chakra, whenever I meditate. Usually only when
my eyes are closed, though. Could this be caused by blocked energy that
I've yet to break loose? See, I'm not always very consistent with my
meditation, and therefore it's very possible that I have blocked energy.

Any help is appreciated, thanks! :D

    Don't concentrate against thoughts.

    I don't.

I use a very helpful techinique, which I read in a book about meditation. As soon as
a thought enters my head, and I notice it, I label it "thought" and pretty much immediately,
it goes away on it's own.

i dont think letting energy flow through is even related to meditation at all. meditatiion to me is like breaking the flow of your life and deciding on forcing one thing to happen... energy flows allllll the time all over the place.. and its up to you to be open and clear and healthy enough and let it flow through you, whether that be meditating or doodling or whatever the fuck you feel like doing and manifesting. divinity is the fabric of life, your doodles included young grasshopper. but yeah i do think sickness can be caused by not letting energy flow through you, i think that is the whole premise of acupuncture and chinese medecine. george carlin has an excellent quote about all this in the beginning of one of his books, maybe ill try and google it and post it.

I would label this as concentrating against thoughts. And as you're showing the symptoms of headache you confirm what I said. Next time, make no note of thoughts as they flow whatsoever. Just let them arise and subside without any additional concern about them.

On this Earth and in this life you will never reach a place without thoughts.
