do any of you know any good dieting sites to go to? i'm trying to drop 20 lbs, and have never actually dieted before (with the exception of losing water weigth for wrestling)

ok, so its not a kind of, i must loose so much weight and i will get something kinda deal. well, its all about training... so for CV endurance (needed for long distance running) at least three sessions a week (no more than 4) where you are in your training zone for at least 20 minutes, without dropping out of it, (or going over for that matter). your training zone is 65 - 80 percent of your max heart rate, which is 220 - your age.

Yeah. If done correctly you can wrestle down about 2 weight classes (all lost water weight) and put on the 10 pounds after weigh-in but before the tournament.
