Yeah, that sounds about right. Might want something to stop the weed from getting sucked through the tube into your mouth, though. Like a little makeshift screen. Another way would be to get a double stopper thing (with two holes) and put a couple little chemistry hoses in there. Put the weed in the tube at the bottom, hold it over a candle flame.
