Well many of us are talking about wanting outdoor living and I was wondering what you feel are the key important factors that you need to create a living space ?

what do you ned to create community..ive come across a new thing recently, that of non violent communication, and conflict resolution..people in communal living situations need to be schooled, or educated is a better word, on communicating..everyone needs to be willing to sacrifice, for the community

what are some of the needs of the individuals involved? i'm not just talking things like protection from elements, food, water, sanitation, etc... but things like hw much privacy, space (like sleeping arrangements), share of work, intellectual challenge... and so on. everythign needs to be considered.

For me, being near a good clean river is most important. Fetching water by hand is a pain, but the biggest reason is to take advantage of it as an electricity souce. Of course, some people don't want electricity... it's difficult to say what's most important as a general rule for everybody... but for me it's the above!
