That movie, made in the nineties about a high school in the seventies. You know the one....the kid in it who played the freshman, spanked by ben affleck, made out with that girl. Skinny and kind of awkward. But yeah, his name is Wiley Wiggins. He's really great, he has a homepage, www.wileywiggins.com. He's a great guy, he's gotten really creative in his post-child star years. He does this really sweet thing with old children's toys called circuit bending, and then makes crazy music out of it.
