REALLY BAD...I can't go get any because my mom would kill me if she smelt them on me and she's sleeping and I can't go get a pack without waking her...but I have half a pack in a bag in my closet, but they're from sept...they'd be pretty rank...but im tempted...
Don't. You can story to others but you have to eventually come clean w/the Person you see in the mirror... I remember this when I want to drink.
I know...I promised myself that I can have ONE in two weeks. I can stick to one no problem if I don't have my own pack and tell whomever the smokers are to not let me smoke more. I've quit smoking pot too so it's like i have no subsitute ): My firend brought me some over last week but I didn't buy any because i didn't want to get int he habit again but I miss habits hah
its about moderation.... there's nothing wrong with enjoying a good toke every once in a while or a cigarette while you're drinking....it's what Ive been doing for years but I've never actually bought myself a pack...

Are you saying she should smoke tea or banana peels? This isn't good for her health either. . Quitting is hard, if you don't really want to. If you do really want to, the cravings only last for about a week. The physical addiction e.g. holding it in your fingers, putting it to your lips ect. Something to help with the nicoteen craving is to get yourself some clove oil, and everytime you start craving a cigarette, put a small drop on the back of your tongue, as far back as you can get it. There are other things you can do to break the habit. For example you smoke after you drink a cup of coffee, start drinking tea or juice. Good luck to you, you will notice how much better you smell and taste (I'm talking about your senses), but remember to be plenty active and watch what you eat, nicotine is an appetite suppressant, and a lot of people who quit smoking replace their cravings with food, and it could make you put on a few pounds.
mm camel lights. some peopel recommend taking 10 deep breaths and the craving will go away. if i really wanna quit i would just think about how much better my breathing is and how rewarding that is in and of itself.
