asking a guy to be honest with you is a double edged sword for a guy ...i've been married almost 28 years and take it from me ,a woman does not want a totally honest guy ..........for example ,if the guy really tells you what he thinks of that cute little outfit you bought for yourself ,it's like committing suicide if he tells you cause you'll be pissed off at him for weeks .........discretion is sometimes the better part of valor .....i'm an honest person but when the wife asks me what i think of her new clothes i clam up like a clam
Hey, i tell the truth, most of the time. Alweys when it comes to the way i feel and relationships. Slightly less often when talking about drugs and some other personal things. I think honesty is the most important part of any relationship. It gets me in trouble quite a bit but its worth the grief. At least people know where i stand.

yeah i'm pretty frustrated too with my love life, its pretty much dysfunctional. but anyways, telling the truth is pretty subjective depending upon the situation, i would have to say, but saying what is on their mind... thats another story. the main reason we dont want to tell our significant other about it is because we are afraid to get "in trouble", i guess. but truth is good in most situations, i would have to say, but with discretion
