Hey guys...just curious what classes you are taking for the upcoming term. Also, what class you took this term--if you feel so inclined to share! Winter Term - first full load of classes in college. I am taking a math class, a Sociology Classs, and Introduction to Fiction, an English class. Then I needed one more credit, so I am going to take a two day CPR/Firstaid course. For Fall term, I only took one writting class! So this has been a pretty major step for me, but I have enjoyed it for the most part! For Spring Term, I am taking 4 classes again. I would be able to take 3 if writting was 4 credits, but the transition to 4 credit writting classes hasn't been made yet! So, I am still stuck with a one credit class in Stress Management. Oh well, at least it's only 2 days. I am also taking another writting class, some more math, and some Psycology. :d

You may scertainly ask. I am doing my prerequisets for nursing school, going to get my Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
This semester I am taking: Oceanography, Environmental Literature and Communication, Spanish (my fourth and final semester), Computer Literacy in Environmental Science, and Management of Nonprofits.
Hey Dancer...what's your major? My friend took oceanography...he said it was extremely boring...but a lot of people seem to be taking it.
ancient greek society and culture modern irish history canadian history american lit. the destruction of european jewry (holocaust studies)
Learn something new every day... Jewry: 1. The Jewish people. 2. A section of a medieval city inhabited by Jews; a ghetto. jewry: 1. Jews collectively. How would you use such words in a sentece?
You'd use it like she did. Jewry is a really common word, I thought. But then again, I'm Jewish and have read any Reconquista, Holocaust, or Stalin book I can find where it comes up a lot. I'm not in college but I do take several college level courses. -American government -macroeconomics -Spanish literature (which is basically a survey of all Hispanic literature, not just Spain) -Theory of Knowledge/ Philosophy
Next quarter I'm taking: English 105--my first literature class! Philosophy 201--Intro to Logic IT 101--computer stuff Theater Appreciation (forget the number)--easiest 4-credit class breadth requirement EVER! And I was supposed to take beginning yoga, but the classes are going to be halfway across town, and I can't drive. Oh well. Last quarter was pretty much basic stuff, with one cool class: Sacred Texts of the World. I've learned a TON about different religions from it, and am very glad to have taken it. ~Nova
