As I understand there is a law that smartshops can only sell fresh, as opposed to dried, psilocybin mushrooms. The problem is that dried mushrooms are much more potent. To get the same effects with fresh mushrooms you need to consume about 10 times as much (e.g., with P. cubensis you would need to eat 30 grams rather than 3 grams for a good trip). Am I correct about this? So, which smartshop has the best prices, and is it really worth it eating 30 grams of yucky mushrooms for a trip? I just had a good LSD trip a few days ago, so if it's too much trouble I might just not take any shrooms on my next trip to Amsterdam. Do the shrooms they sell in the smartshops really work? Last time I bought one of those little boxes, I believe I underdosed, because I did not get any effects (you can't rely too much on the advice of those who sell it). So maybe next time I should buy several little boxes instead, for the right dosage. I could also take something other than P. cubensis, for a more potent dosage. To sum up my questions: which smartshop is the best (in product availability and prices), which type of mushroom should I buy, and how much of it? What is the cost in Euros of a good mushroom trip?
Conscious Dreams is my favorite.............. In the past they have sold pure spore powder (most powerful form of mushrooms you will find i think) P.S. I've seen dry mushies available many times in A-dam so unless the rules changed in the past couple of years I'd say you'll find em....
I have seen Conscious Dreams mentioned by a couple of people here, so I will probably check it out. So they have sold you dry shrooms? I read on a Web site that there is a law banning the sale of "prepared" (i.e., dried) mushrooms. Perhaps it's a law that's not enforced.
i know thats the law in other countries.............but i'm not sure about the dam. What I do know is that i've bought dried mushrooms and mushroom spores in addition to fresh ones in Amsterdam in the past!
i got some realy great hawian shroom's at tatanka's i dont remember the exact location but its in the leidsplien area and the shroom's i got was pretty dry.... it was about 10 grams a box for 23 euro..... i ate half a box..... smoked some grey mist crystals.... about an hour later i ate the other half of the box...... puffed a FAT cone of amnesia haze/dutch moon shine ice-o-later hash..... tripped my ass of for the next 6 hours..... it was a real visual experience have fun....... i did...... hehe...... peace
Tatanka!!!!! Thats the name of the other mushroom shop I really liked....I believe its on leidsestraat near the herengracht. I didn't like it as much for its shrooms as I did for everything else in the shop! I'd still go with conscious dreams for mushies but check out Tatanka for good shopping!
Personal experience, APRIL 05, buy dried hawaiian from Consious Dreams. Guy behind the counter states, enough for 2 people. Ate the whole thing, tripped for 9 hrs, Mopperm was there, fun times. Plan to eat some more next month around q day. More fun times. peace mikeymike
