If I said, "dog, would you get me some water" would that be rude?

    just wondering... why would that be rude? is dog standing for something els ei have no knowloedge of? like...? or was that person being very sensitive to my cousin?

    Did they mean it as in "Dawg", get me some water?
    I don't think that's rude if it's your friends, maybe to a stranger it would be.

    my cousin siad it to her mother... like dawg i suppose. but then she was like, "you know, that was very rude. i dont appreciate that. please use your manners." is got me confused,

    yeah i guess so. she was rather upset about it and kep ton giving me shifty eyes because i set rather bad examples for her little kid..

    also there is no "please" in that sentence...so that is rude too

    oh actuall yi tihnk she might have said please.. i just forgot to put it in. maybe when she was younger she got scared and bit by a dog llol.. she might just have personal issues or something with that word.... whatever i tink my cousin has forgotten it by now. thankx
