do/did your babies do this?

well, i'm saying this right now in the midst of tons of spit....
About 6 days ago, Leane just woke up one morning and started to pucker her lips together, tuck the bottom lip under the top and BLOW! It's now her favorite thing to do. Even when she starts to 'talk,' she ends it with a gleeful spit!(she's 5 1/2 months old now). she even does it when she's eating...which makes for a very messy time and lots of giggles from her! lol

 

my daughter is 13 months and shes done that since she was 4 months old.

My god-daughter did that from 4 months on...and would giggle everytime she did it.

 

Babies this age can't talk yet, yet, they can get your attention by spitting. It got so bad with Sage, that we couldn't feed her solid food when her sister Moon was in the room, because she thought it was hilarious to spit her food, whenever she saw Moon. At first I though Moon was trying to get out of feeding the baby "I can't feed her anymore. All she does is spit at me." But, we have it on video tape, Sage eating normally, Moon walking in, and food then spraying ALL over the place, and Sage laughing so hard, I thought she would choke.

I have video of most of my kids just lying on the floor, at this age, spitting and laughing. "Hey, I can DO something!"

This is, evidently, Baby Humor. Spitting and head butting. LOL!

 

oh to be amused by simple little things like spitting again! it must be glorious to be a baby!
