Monitor your temp. for the next 24 hours and until the blood/products passes and for 2 weeks after, if your cramping gets worse and the blood increases, I would go to the ER, if signs/symptoms decrease and you remain fever free, I would go to a ob/gyn... if you are/were pregnant, you may need help. There are increased risks for infection if there are retained products... it is important that you monitor yourself for signs/symptoms of infection, does the blood smell bad, look bad? If they do, then go to the ER... or if you can Ob/Gyn. The signs of that pain may indicate that you did conceive. Sometimes pregnancies occur in the fallopian tube and ruptures... if, by your history you've never had that kind of heavy pain, this MAY be a possibility. But the pain area isn't definite, and they may do an ultrasound. And with that history you described, your health may be too run down to maintain a pregnancy. This is normal, it's nature's way of maintaining a balance. ... it's good to know the date of the first day of your last period. If you are SURE of the conception date... like if you were tracking your mucus, cervix and basal body temp. (symptom-thermal method)... I would consult a Ob/Gyn that If you are just having heavy menses, you may need help as well. THis is in regard to Hormonal imbalances and there are conditions that cause abnormal periods. Because you may need a hormone profile done... birth-control pills to re-regulate the hormonal cycle... but a lot of women don't like synthetic hormones, so a holistic practitioner that specializes in Women's Medicine would be your best bet. I am wondering why you are trying to conceive so MUCH. I know that a female keeps developing until 24... sometimes younger ladies aren't healthy enough to maintain a pregnancy. Anemia and risk for high blood pressure as well as risk for ecclampsia are in your age range. Also having so many pregnancies and miscarriages can really take a toll on a body's health. If you are run down, that increase the risk for losing a pregnancy. It is recommended that you invest at least 5 years of preparation. Healthy eating, exercise and multi-vitamins. Folic acid supplement taken when you miss the FIRST day of your menses. I suggest going to a Women's Health Clinic or Planned Parenthood, they can also refer you if they aren't equipped to help you out. Don't mess with your body, it's trying to tell you something.
It could be a miscarriage. Of course I can't say for sure. If it feels totally different than a preiod, I'd really wonder. Also, when you said you stood up and it all came out, that sounds like a miscarriage that I had. I think you should call your doctor's office and see if they think you should come in sooner.
Honey, GO to the hospital. You have miscarried a number of times. I wouldn't wait. You may be what is called a "habitual miscarrier" and there ARE treatments for this. Usually, a progesterone supplement during the pregnancy. Why hasn't your doctor started treating you? This is so heartbreaking to miscarry even once, but five times is quite a bit. If your doctor won't take this seriously and treat you, find someone else. It isn't fair to you at all, to have to go through this, without the proper medical care. As SF said, you have been pregnant a large number of times for a womyn your age. Are your trying to concieve? If so, then please see a good doctor to treat your situation. If you are NOT trying to conceive, It would be better for your and your body to prevent the pregnancies, rather than go through a miscarraige every few months. It is a strain on your body, to be pregnant and to lose the pregnancy and so much blood, so often. Good luck. Please see a doctor immediately.

Cervical cancer is really scary, but completely treatable, when caught early enough. I am so sorry you are going through this. I don't think I have ever heard of a womyn so young getting cervical cancer. Luckily, it is treatable. They will most likely want to to totally avoid getting pregnant for at least 5 years after the treatment. Good luck.
