It depends on what happens that day. I try to fit in at least more than an hour a day. On good days I can practice for around 3 hours.
I practice 4 hours a day every day. On weekends i can get in more...Im 14 so i dont have to work so i guess thats a plus. I want to be the next hendrix
i dont know, i dont have a set schedule. today i did not play at all, i had lots of homework and act studying shit and then i passed out around 5, but tomorrow i'm playing for a group of friends, those things generally last for a good three or four hours, and i get to play in school tomorrow, yippie... friday should be lots, as with this weekend, gigs next week yippie... yesterday i played for maybe half an hour, monday i pretty much played for the six hours that i got between school and sleep.... yeah no schedule, it doesnt really matter, i dont think.
everyday for about 3-4 hours give or take a few. i haven't played in a week though, been outta town. today i finally got to really sit down and play.
Nowhere near enough. But all of you, remember no matter how long you play for, always do a proper warm-up beforehand. I used to practise for about 4 hours a night and got some nasty strain. And can I recommend a product called Devil's Claw? It's good for muscles. Really helped me.
I'm a piano player first, but I usually write a tune that is too difficult for me to play - and I pick up whatever instrument and hammer away at it for a day until i've got it right.I'd be shit if someone came up and said - hey - do a gig tonight.I sang subteranean hoemsick blues at a pub the other day and used a plectrum, and I was quite drunk. My rhythm hand started bloody killing halfway through then the plectrum slipped out of my other hand and I was left strumming with un-hardened fingertips witch resulted in blood flying across the stage.Managed to keep up the pace and finish the song and it went went down quite well - I probably sounded more agressive than I intended - but - what a state to be in.Sure it would've been better if I'd practised.
i used to practice alot...but now i dont seem to play as much as i used to. somedays i play for maybe 15 minutes, other days up to 3 hours if im lucky. i just need a new instrument, i've kind of lost the spark that i once had when i started playing
i play atlest one hour a day tho i usly end up practing more about 2 maybe 3 hours, but i try alest once or twice a week i play for a good 4-5 hours, depends on what i have to do
