Golgi takes the cake. I've never heard a version where the band managed to recreate the same energy as on the cd. Probably the only song that isn't better live from that disc.

Oh, I just love Fee, the chorus is just so full of life and beauty! Divided Sky doesn't start very good but in the end its fuckin awesome (repetitive though). Esther is one of the best Phish songs EVER.

terrapin you were called an idiot because wilson is not Trey (read up on the history of gamehendge). I dont understand why ppl that dont like bands see the need to post negative things about them.

Terrapin is just a grumpy lil fuck.
i also never understood the whole GD vs Phish debate.
both are great bands and if u like 1 more than another there is no reason to bash the one u dont like.
Its straying away from the whole hippie peace and love bit.

anyway, junta is a classic album. my favorite.

    Golgi, Fee, Contact, David Bowie.

I agree with scents that what you don't get from the Grateful Dead (///!!!%#^) Phish fills it in, although they are very different.

I havn't listened to that album for I don't know how long -- years at least. Ever since I went to CD's in the mid-90's. But I still love "Fee." What a Phish tune that is; quirky, musically adept, funny.
