protest for womens rights in south dakota

the topic is in reality not some petty argument rather,we as a people need to stand up,write politicians,protest there headquarters and demand change..thay are trying so hard to suffocate our voices,that we most constantly spread the news so people will know....they're planning on trying to pass an abortion bill in tennessee&and i will write letters to my congressmen until my hands go numb,ill protest and pickett in tell my legs give in and i can no longer stand!!! this is just not something about abortion,its much more at stake here than womans rights>womens well being...although i do not feel abortion should be used as a form of birth control i do believe its a womans right.esp when she's a victim of rape..and with that said maybe even a republican
can see that whats going on isnt right,and needs to be corrected.......

 

fabioula is the kind of person who just wants people to think she believes in something. The type of person who flaunts their pretention at knowledge because they know, on some level, that they posess none. The type of person who wants so badly to scream out everything she "believes" at everyone that she'll ignore all explanations of a comment that was obviously a joke in the first place, just to be able to call that person down for it.

 

Yes, but she is at least standing for the poor and the oppressed. NO I DONT KNOW EVERYTHING!!im a work in progress<but then again arent we all.I was not trying to put him down,more like put him in his place..i found no humor in his passing out wire hangers joke.honestly still cant find the humor in it.secondly he tried to turn abortion into a poor peoples problem,news flash if your poor you cant afford abortion!!thirdly if you cant call me anything like my name perhaps and have to further insult me by calling me a hippy bitch ..damb right im gonna spit right on his republican/white collar attitude..im passionate about what i stand for,and abortions happens to be one of them. i myself am a survivor of rape,i gave birth at the age of 12...there was no one to speak up for me!!do you really think i wanted to have my stepfathers baby?i had no options.abortions i had never heard of them,nobody told me that this was my body,my right to say yes or no to having my tormentors child..thats why i express this topic with such passion because its something very close to me.when a women is raped something very sacred is taken from her,believe me she will never be the same..its just the ultimate slap in the face to have a panel of all men and one women tell me that the option of abortion is now illegal .even to rape victims!!!all im saying is shouldnt women have a say over there own bodies.esp if the arent using it as a form of birth control and are victims of rape..and the reason why the coathanger joke isnt funny,its going to become a sad reality..you'll read the headlines young women from s.dakota dies at the hands of some unlicsened dr. in a dirty hotel while performing abortion with wire hanger...thats why my passion runs so deep..say what you may its your opinion and expect the same from me..

My point is that streamlight never said it was an issue of poor people. He never showed much evidence of a "repubican/conservative mindset". He may have said he was a republican/conservative, but the way you threw it back at him was the way that you'd use if you saw some evidence of it, not just because he said it. I think you're making what he said into an issue just for the hell of it. It wasn't a laugh out loud joke, just one of those things where you know he's not serious so you pass over it. Taking three pages to debate something that small is stupid. I know I'm participating, but you're the one who started it.
