Long hair on a man sexy? Also, how long?

What girls here like long hair on a man, and also how long - is there a point where its "too long?"

I have a lion's mane of luxurious black (well, techincally dark brown, but it looks black I think hahaha) hair that goes down below my shoulders about half a foot. I'm thinking of cutting it back to around my shoulders, because my girlfriend was talking about how she was attracted to me because of my long hair, but that its getting *too* long.

I'm not sure how I feel about that yet, but anyway... any girls like it and what's "too long?"

Oh my god, I don't think it's possible to convey to you just how much I love long hair. My first real crush in high school was the only guy in our entire high school who was allowed to grow his hair past his collar. He had an "Indian card," so his junior year he started to grow his hair out and his senior year (my freshman), his hair was as long as mine (which is about two feet from the roots). I think his hair was the foundation of my "love," haha. Then the next guy I had a massive crush on had hair he kept longish, now he's one of my really good friends and his hair's longer than mine now and it looks really good. And my first love had shoulder length hair...and oh my god, it was the sexiest thing in the world, lol. I especially love ponytails...we were both on our schools' speech/debate teams and he always had to pull his hair back at tourneys and he wore glasses to them, too...my two biggest weaknesses are long hair and glasses...lol. But anyway...most of the guys I've dated have had long hair at one point or another. My most recent ex was growing his hair out for me, actually, and continued growing it after we broke up and he showed up to lunch one day and his hair was down to his shoulders and all I could do was stare and drool and the only thing I said to him was, "Your hair..." Haha.

Basically all this drivel was to make an attempt to tell you I have an extreme long hair fetish. My favorite length is about shoulder, but longer's nice, too. I always wanted to learn to french braid on a guy's hair, and if you'd let a girl do that, you're very much a man. Too bad my boyfriend now insists on keeping his hair quite short...oh well...I've seen pictures of him from his ponytail days and he looked quite silly. So, I suppose I can deal with his hair short...he's still sexy.

And Hikaru Zero, I've secretly had a hipforums crush on you since I first saw your picture. I hope that doesn't sound creepy or shallow, but you're so sexy! Almost completely my idea of perfection in a guy. Hehe...I hope that's alright. ;-)

Well I suppose I'm well on my way to the sexy... I decided 3 months ago to grow my hair out and it hasn't been cut (trimmed maybe) since then!

 

My husband had gorgeous, absolutely perfect (made me jealous even) long hair a little past his shoulders when I first met him. Mmm, sexy. But he looks just as hot to me with his short hair too. Either way, he's just so sexy-hot! Even after 10 years together, all he has to do is look at me and I still melt.

Long hair on men is always sexy to me. Short hair is a turn-off in my opinion.

 

Oh, Gods yes. Long hair on men is sexy, the longer the better. This even holds true for guys who are mostly bald on top. One of my friends in college was seriously balding, but had a braid down to his butt. Wow! My late husband had gorgeous long curly hair. Would have been way past his shoulders if it were straight...

 

Cool, I was also thinking of cutting my hair but I have chosen not to. Its good to see such a positive response.

 

Long hair is the best...... even better... long hair tied up...mmmmm (some might not agree but long hair is great on a guy... but when the long hair is pony-tail-afied.... tis better)

 

I had a friend who grew his hair into one of those short little ponytails and everytime I saw him, I'd tug it. It was my little display of affection. haha. I'm right with you, Highwaystar, ponytailified is wonderful!

 

sure is, its a shame that all of the guys at my school with long hair dont seem to realise this and they never tie it back..... one of these days im gonna attack them all with hair-ties mwahahaha.

I don't even dig men that much. But a dude with long hair kicks ass. My boner's hair is almost to his shoulders. He lets me braid it and play with it. Yum.
