Hey I just wanted to see if anyone knows what it's like in Dublin during St. Patty's day? I'm going to Amsterdam in 2 days with a couple buddies, and we bought tickets to Dublin from the 15-18. I basically wanna know how they are in terms of leniency on weed and other drugs. I've heard it's like a week-long festival there, but I'm not sure. Either way I'm very excited about this trip and I'm sure it will be fun.
Hey St. Paddy's day here in Dublin is very messy, I personally never go into the center of the city for the parade, too many people drunk and rowdy and falling all over the place starting fights. The City also turns into a rubish tip for the duration of the 17th of March. Aside from this Dublin is a great place to spend the week of the festival with tonnes of great cultural festivities happening all over the gaff between the 15th and 19th of March. In terms of weed leniency and other drugs, the Gardai (Police) are as thick as the pig-shit they were raised on but i'd still be careful bringing dope directly from the dam they keep a close eye on those flights.
