something i'd never heard of before - "international beach code"

thats kinda what we do here in lodi, but in most cases people are more direct. i cant tell you how many codes & shit we have for trying to nose out a sack.

Sounds like bullshit, why wait for midnight to wait at the beach hoping you'll be spotted? It's just as easy to find a dealer sitting on the beach in the afternoon, I know because I do it whenever I'm on vacation. Just chill on the beach and usually theres loads of vendors selling useless shit up and down the beaches where tourists congregate. I watch for people selling pipes, mini-bongs, ect... They usually have what your looking for. Theres more assurance that they sell by how old they are (usually in their 20's) and how rasta-ish they look but thats not always the case. Just go on instinct and follow these rules, you'll have bud in no time.
