It's going down into the upper 20's tonight. This is a front seat riding, french fry eating, big slobber, over-grown puppy with absolutely n sense of what's his and what's anyone elses. Which choice would you make about his sleeping arrangements?
He gets whatever he wants. But no outside sleeping. Our Angus is about 18 weeks, has doubled in size in almost a month, and he is not unsupervised EVER. And he sleeps in his crate with the door open.
inside, maybe in a laundry room or in the basement so he doesnt destroy your house, but he doesnt look like he's got enough fur or fat on him to keep warm outside, and upper 20s is pretty cold!
I wish I had a dog. My dog lived 15 years 4 months and only slept outside when it was over 70 degrees at night, she had fresh water and a doghouse. She came in when it rained and lived in my garage with her own personal heater. lol (What a life) When it got really cold she stayed in my bathroom with a mini door. (She weighed 15 pounds max.) My neighbors keep their dogs outside all year round and it makes me so sad.
Inside for that dog, my dogs at my moms sleep in the house and the garage when they roll in something rancid. Coco sleeps in her house and Sider wherever unless he has been bad.
I think inside the house and outside the car window until the fries are coming. (Outside the window after the server passes the fries through his window doesn’t guarentee you’ll get the fries when they come through your window lol.
IN BED!!!!!!!!!!!! we've only had inside pets though. Our dogs even sleep with their heads ont he pillows. Ya gotta have him inside why even ask. btw I love great danes they are cool as hell.
its gettin down to 29 here tonight an we contemplatin sleepin outside.. id say bein his size,, getya a double sleepin bag an go for it..
