The Psychedelic Experience by Timothy Leary. Quite interesting. It includes pretty much all psychedelics, its like a guide.
Yeah, I saw someone mention a book on meditating on acid on another forum...can't find it though Apparently though, I forgot about how there's amazon book ads on the side of the page...but I don't trust their reccomendations based on profit motive

I highly recommend: The Doors of Perception: Marriage of Heaven and Hell By Aldous Huxley & The Psychedelic Experience - A manuel based on the Tibetan book of the dead By Timothy Leary Both are relatively short - around 100 pages or so for both of them. As Grapefruity has already mentioned, The Psychedelic Experience by Timothy Leary serves as an EXCELLENT guide to liberation while on LSD. "If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, infinite." - William Blake "Based on this quotation, Huxley assumes that the human brain filters reality in order not to let pass all impressions and images, which would be unbearable to process. According to his view, drugs can reduce this filter, or "open these doors of perception," as he puts it metaphorically. In order to verify his theory, Huxley takes mescaline and writes down his thoughts and feelings. What he notices is that everyday objects lose their functionality and suddenly exist "as such." Space and dimension become irrelevant and the perception seems to be enlarged, overwhelming and at times even offending because the person is unable to cope with the enormous amount of impressions." They're both extremely interesting reads if you're interested in the psychedelic experience. OH, Yes, and if you google.com it... both can be found in their full form on-line.
No One Hear Gets Out Alive-A Jim Morrison biography. The colors have still not gone away. Just visited my psychiatrist today. "The body of his mother rotting in the summer ground, he fled the town" Morrison I talk to Jim Morrison's ghost
Nobody pretends the dangers not real man...I would ntbe surprised if 50% of lsd users have hppd at some degree... youll get over it, even if it stays with you a good part of your life... (do you really see fuckn fractals, or is it limited to the numerous popcorn lights (or stars, know wut i mean?) in the sky, and slight patterns in rug and stuff...?)
