me either... mmmm chocolate I could give up, hmm, red meat though. Not fish, i lurv that too much. Caffeinated pops (like coke or pepsi) but not coffee my new years res was to be happier So far so good!
It has proven to be incredibly challenging. I think I would sell my soul for chocolate just about now.
Why give up chocolate? I think chocolate is a healthy thing in life. I don't eat it often, but when I do, its a good moment
now i feel a lot better about having given up dairy. i could never give up chocolate! Boogabaah~yeah, the dairy free chocolate is the ~BEST~ ever, ultra decadent and usually imported from europe. i could just die...
i bet i could never eat chocolate again. its not that special to me but meat, on the other hand, will always be a part of my life that makes me happy as fuckkk
thats the worst new years revolution ive heard of chocolate is at the bottom on my food pyramid. props to you though, you just reminded me i have a mars bar sitting in my bag.
never give up red meat.. its giving you iron.. as yer woman and you need shitloads of iron in yer body to be sure yer gonna be all ok while being pregnant
not to mention is a totally unnatural thing to do, giving up chocolate. i'm not even a big chocolate fan, but i still NEED it on a monthly basis. in addition, dark chocolate is GOOD for you.
lol. i LOVE red meat. but when i was pregnant with my first daughter, you couldn't get me near the stuff. all i wanted was salad and milk.
there are many other good sources of iron out there.. and there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan women out there who have enough iron and are totally healthy. And pregnancy is not something I'm worried about now or in the near future if ever.
well.. human beings body absorbes iron easily from red meat this is what im saying. if your inner blood iron store is going to run out of iron then the fastest way of geting it back is through eating red meat, liver etc etc etc..
ok lets think now.. everybody is not One Human Being.. Lets think about the vegan thing individually. Variety between people is like HUGE HUGE HUGE.. there are many differences and so on. i suppose You get what im trying to tell you. Like as you say here that This vegan over there got the healthiest baby ive ever seen, you know that she is not the only one and you know there are several mothers who lose their teeth, hair, they suffer on anemia and so on and so on as, they are pregnant... please dont compare few people to everybody..
don't get cranky about it. it takes a lotta skill to do it right. i'm not one of those poeple who can do that shit at all. but saying no one should give up red meat because they need the iron is a myth, and quite the same thing as me saying that those vegans i know gave birth to incredibly healthy people.
