it appears that i am entering into a sewing slump. everything i have attempted to fix or create lately i have either sewn upside down inside out or on the wrong side. i have no more ideas, but i have more fabric than is sane.

I cant even find anything i really want to knit! its driving me nuts...i love sewing and i have little else to do (and nothing really to wear...)

does anyone have any slump removal tips? any refreshing ideas? (really, i can only make apron tops, apron dresses, panel skirts, and pants.

Maybe try making a bag, or some funky throw pillows. The great thing about bags is that, with the right fabric, even a simple design can give awesome results. Or if that's not appealing, maybe try a new craft altogether, like hemping, painting, or messing around with clay. If that doesn't work, read a book or do something else completely unrelated to crafting and just give it some time; you'll get out the slump eventually (it happens to all of us!) Good luck..and hey, considering this thread is from last week, maybe you're out of the slump already. :)
