On Friday night me and my friends had been smoking in my boyfriend's car, he had one cone, not packed too full, half of it was tobacco. Hours later the cops pulled us up, and we ended up getting into a bit of trouble (since it's first offense we go to rehab). But it's my boyfriend I'm really worried about, because he could lose his license, and if that ends up happening, he'll lose his job. And then break up with me. They gave him a blood test a couple hours after they pulled us up. Is it possible for them to find traces in his blood from such a small amount of weed? Do you think we could get away with saying it was passive? I'm just a nervous wreck right now
Well I hate to tell ya. that they can find the smallest bit in your blood. your lucky they didnt do a hair test, cuz then they would know everything hes done in the past while.
Usually the first time you get in trouble with weed they dont do much to you. Give you a warning, and simply let you go. I've never heard of giving a blood test for a little bit of weed. I don't know about the laws there, but weed is a minor offence here. I've never heard of cops sending people to rehad when getting caught either. That's weird, but I don't think they will do much.
I guess the law in Australia is just different. You can only be sent to rehab here on your first offense, after that you get charged or go to jail etc. They told us that if they found any traces in his blood he's most likely lose his license. And I know there's a very high chance they will which is so depressing
lol i cant believe its that backward over in QL. its nowhere that serious down here in nsw. at least frmo waht i know, ive known heaps of stoner friends to get caught, no ones gone to rehab cept ppl with multiple use and stuff. i always thought ppl smoked more up in ql. oh well you queenslanders have always been more conservative...(roars) anwyay what sort of boyfriend is he that dumps you if he doesnt have a job? what a dick, waht do you see in him? lol a source of weed/money?
