Yes. I take it you've never been with one? I've been with a few. They were sweet and understanding. They were also insistent on playing safe. (and I've been tested since, I'm clean) Hookers are people. Of course, like with all people you have to be on your guard for ones who may have shady intentions. But most of them are strong, smart women and I have much respect for those women.

Not particularly. I'd never do it. Not for moral reasons as much as I just really like a girl to be into me. Sex should be better then just getting off. But I'm not judging anyone.
The interesting thing about it is, if you get a good one, they do at least pretend to be into you. (not all mind you) And frankly, it feels good. Better than having sex with some girl who you convinced to have sex with you, but isn't really that into you. The line between fantasy and reality is not as wide as you think.
