    thanks for the feedback...

serra: I use adobe photoshop on an apple powerbook laptop for all of my image work. these started out as photographs of everyday things, but I manipulated them to add a psychedelic twist, as if how I would perceive them to look if having a psychedelic experience.

new sunsets photo gallery added to my website today, but here's a peak of the first 6...

    hello again everyone...

thank you all very much for your interest and comments, I appreciate the feedback.

I've recently completed some more work, my image gallery on my site now has 9 fairly new images on it. I thought I'd share two of them with you again, I was quite happy with my recent results.

    "Purple Vortex"

I'm excited to see how they do on ebay, I've got some hand numbered, limited to 7, signed prints on there under the "psychedelic-visionary art" catergory.

Thanks again for tuning into ~piscean]-[delusions.

Hey i love your pictures they look amazing :) good luck on selling them on ebay :)

I was considering selling prints of my work on ebay, how do you do it? when you post a picture of them do you put a mark across the picture so someone cant just copy and past that picture?
And what do you send them? is it just a print off onto top quality photographic paper or do you have big posters made?
Im just interested as to how other artists sell them :) I relaly like purple vortex and also the very first one does amazing things when u scroll the screen across it :) well done!

    fleasy,

to answer your questions, right now I have it set up so that anyone searching for psychedelic art will be able to find my work. I am currently offering an 8.5 x 11 borderless print, limited to only 7 ever for each one, hand titled, signed and numbered by myself. I think the limited edition, as well as the signing, etc., will help the value increase over the years and make them more collectible, which seems to be working well so far. eventually, I will be offering up to 14 x 19 size borderless prints, but I don't currently have the means to do it in house, and I don't want to pay $5 + per print to have someone do it for me.

you just gotta find a niche in the market, I was thinking about selling framed photography, but it just isn't as much in demand as a specifically themed image seems to be. and I've only been doing this for 1 week now, but the first 2 I put up did sell, and one of the 2 I put on this week sold as well!

oh yea... as long as you save a smaller size file, say 500 pixels square at the most, nobody will be able to enlarge it to fill an 8.5 x 11 space without it getting distorted and pixelated due to the lack of resolution. did that make sense? the smaller you make the image for them to view, the less chance people will steal it because once you shrink it, it can't be enlarged without losing resolution. just be sure to save it away from your original, you're going to want to make a folder for all of your web images anyway. Be sure to save a copy of the original so you do not shrink your original image down!

    good luck!
