only if you're with a parent or person over 18 for the 14 thing. i remember when me n my mum used to go out to eat to a pub when i lived there(which was quite often haha), she always bought me a wkd or a smirnoff with dinner, sometimes even 2 but by the time i was 15 i was gettin served the the off-licenses anyway

i miss england i'd be able to buy cigs there now legally and prob would get served in lots of shops for alcohol too.....
