What is on the back side of the cereal boxes in the USA? Here there is a wicked French side...I've always wondered that
games, advertisements, world puzzles, stupid little facts, colorful pictures, lots of different stuff when i was little, the best part about breakfast was looking at the back of the box
I think they just have another english side so boring I love reading the french side of packages, try to muddle out the words before I turn to the english side and see if I'm right or not
Same here...And things are so much more interesting too...like Rice Krispies. None of this silly "Snap! Crackle! Pop!" nonsense. "Cric! Crac! Croc!" all the way for me
If I was the first to get the box... GETTING THE PRIZE IN THE BOTTOM!! was the best part.. until they got cheap and stupid on me.... and then the back was the second best... lol
i was one of those kids who eat lucky charms, but took out all the oats and just ate the marshmellows
haha, same here.. i would eat all the marshmallows outta there and then when my sister would go to have a bowl, she would get SO mad cuz there were none left
hahaha...what i used to pour a bowl, take all the marshmellows out, and give the oats to the geese when i was up at my familys cabin. Those geese really fight it out for every last bit when they are stravin dude
It's a federal law because you know Canada is a bilingual country : In 1974, the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act required the use of both French and English on all consumer packaging across the country, and bilingual packaging remains one of the most visible aspects of bilingualism for the Canadian general public...(from wikipedia )
Oooh.. But..Burby.. I live in Canada, as everyone knows, and... They don't have a french side on the back. In vertical order, it just goes "Two Scoops Raisin Bran deux pelletées Very High in Fibre Source tres elevee de fibres" And then "BIGGER "Raisins secs and Juicier PLUS DODUS Raisins et plus juteux" Everything is below/right next to the english.. The sides are opposite french and English though.. Or some are English over French on one side... The back has a little happy message from Kellogg's about "We know you love Kellogg's Two Scoops* Raisin Bran, but now you'll love it even more" etc. and some pictures. Yes, Raisin Bran is my favourite cereal.
