    Could it be:?

Indicators (some) to determine one’s social class:
The basics are: Money, Education and Occupation Prestige, however in a deeper sense:
    a. Social background: economic, social, political, cultural and historical.
    b. Location
    c. Rank
    d. Occupation
    e. Education
    f. Income
    g. Wealth ?

    Race & Gender?

That's more of a, "Can you get a prestigious job?" factor, though. You obviously see some minorities/women rising high in the business world, but they're still anomalies.
