Bugnuts and a canker sore. The foul treachery of the Babalon Whore. Submerged, drowning, screaming for more. The unrelenting rotten core. The story was told of yestereve's might and victory, but no one ever speaks of the aftermath; this is why there is no sense of humor, but only the nervous laughter of the demonically possessed and the phantasmagoria of the repressed. Recognizing the flaws in others, the Mystick never ceases to be amazed by the immensity of his own ignorance. A beautiful world awaits him, nonetheless, when the Sun rises. There is no illusion. *********** "The cup is emptyShall be filled no moreAnd all the thirstyMay now approach... The antidote."-Moonspell, Antidote
Also, I feel it pertinent to quote my grandmother(or as we affectionately refered to her, Grammeez): "If you lie with dogs, expect to wake up with fleas."
This is one of the best things about the creative process: taking something unpleasant and/or regretable and bringing out the core of it so other people can relate and you can look back and say "hey, i least I got this out of it" there are worse things than fleas out there
I have had unpleasant experiences with ecstatic aftermaths and ecstatic experiences with unpleasant aftermaths. Should I discover the secret to making both experience and aftermath equally pleasant, I should hope that I will be capable of sharing with you how to go about it.
What can I say?, I'll quote my Father, "Devon, you can't go thru life with blinders on, like a horse, there are so many other ways to look at the same thing...... What up R ~ Devon Knight ~
Yes, Devon, there are so many other ways. But people put blinders on Horses, so that they concentrate on what's ahead, and not what's around. I am beginning to understand why this might be necessary and appropriate for those of us who are "like a horse". Fabioula, it occured to me today, a faint whisper from the very mouth of GOD: "Demand Truth all you like; just be prepared for it to manifest itself through many lies..."
Hense, being prepared for anything, lessons the shock of the truth, And I left out the first words my father said!, "Don't be like a horse with blinders on", too-shay!!!! Romaaaa! Thanks for the thought bro- Devon K. ~
