Yeah, I am dying everyday and after a while I raise again, although many injuries are in my soul still didn't heal yet, new injuries are added to my soul everyday, recently, I am weeping and grieving continuously, so O Lord! I need strength so I could go on, help me please, I love you

O Jews, in that mosque, in whatever mosque we are worshipping Jehovah as well but in the Islamic fashion, so …if you won't wipe off my tears then

Quraan: … I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allah

Quraan:And who are more unjust than those who forbid that Allah's Name be glorified and mentioned much (i.e. prayer and invocations) in Allah's mosques

Boo hoo. I don't care if you're Muslim, Jew or Christian. You have enough places of worship. Every new church, temple and mosque you built is a blight upon the earth and another source of pollution and runoff.

So just stop it. Go kneel and pray in a field. It was good enough 1000 years ago and it's good enough now.

I wrote this thread to the Jews of Boston. So I wish I will hear something from them. I don't know what is your religion or belief or if you are one of them.
    Yours Sincerely,

indeed christians are to muslims what jews are to christians, what muslims are to baha'is. i have to concur with zoomie on this one and i don't see why i should have to know didley about bawstin to feel that way.

i'm not saying this to be callus or anything, but if you say something on a forum on the internet, you are essentialy saying it to the whole planet. claiming to have addressed it to a particular specific audience doesn't chainge that.

i trip myself up that way occasionaly too. being so used to thinking of the planet as 'christian' dominated, when in reality christianity has had it's turn. islam has too but will probably take as long to figure that out as it's taking christianity. i'm not sure even judaism has, but then there's something else going on here with that. in judaism as with indiginous traditions, there is a reaching back of connectedness to ancestors.

and i sincerely pray, to what i know is unknowable, that buddhism, daoism and many others will continue to keep on going strong.

only when chauvanism is consigned to ancient history and forgotten there will there be a just and lasting peace.

I'm a Jew, I'm not from Boston, but I can understand the concern that Jewish leaders have when an Islamic congregation refuses to officialy repudiate anti-Semetic remarks made by people within it. I'm by no means anti-Musilum, I've had friends who practiced Islam, but I feel that the leaders of the proposed mosque would do well to make an official policy expelling ant-Jewish or anti-Christian rhetoric from its ranks. Doing otherwise would only deepen suspicions.

Myself I don't mind to talk publicly or to appoint or to specify someone to do so, but how! Where shall I go! It goes with out saying that there are Good Jews, I mean as there are good Muslims there are bad as well, it is the same with Jews and Christians, myself I have bunch of Christian and Jewish channels! LOOK HOW THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ISLAM AND MUSLIMS AND ALLAH!!!!!!!!!!!! The utter anti-Islam, they generalized all Muslims! However, I wish to make a group of Jews, Christians and Muslims, an official group, so others will hear our statements. I believe strongly that, We all can live together peacefully, but some don't want so =(

Note: Silly, Irrelevant, and the like, responses, posts, comments will be ignored (it depends on my mood and time if I won't ignore them), taking off the topic is losers' style, ask yourself: will you write such response if the writer wasn't a Muslim!

This all kinda makes me wonder how Muslims in the middle east would treat christians or jews who were trying to build a large church or temple....

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/4628168.stm

So at least here in the states people aren't getting hurt trying build their church...

I think everyone has a right to a place of worship, and it is stupid to stop a religious group from having one simply because you don't like the religious belief. It is so easy, though, to look at other's wrongs but completely forget those of your own community. Where was your post about these deaths when a christian tried to make a place of worship in the middle east? 12 injured and the place burnt. Where are the tears?

First of all, this thread is to the Jews only, yeah you can post what you want, but I want responses from them only, second read the report again very well, third it is relevant to my topic, so I will ignore it. I am sure that if I wasn't Muslim you won't post that link and write such response.

Compare between the two Quotations in post 8

    Peace and love

Cat, you seem more angry lately, unlike your usual self. (although you are very polite still when angry, we appreciate that. [IMG])

This whole situation, this culture clash, is very unfortunate. I certainly hope you remember that there are people that do not support U.S. foreign policy, and lots of people that are opposed to any idea that muslim members of the community deserve more scruitny than any other person.

I have no idea if there is any truth behind the accusation that this church supports terrorists or violence in any way, but the muslim community of Boston deserve their place of worship and a place to gather, and the city should definitly be helping their community expidite that process, so they can get it done. They should not be encouraging an atmosphere where a citizen would be too afriad of "big brother" (the gov't watching you) to worship there. Playing politics with anyone's place of worship I would consider wrong in my book. I expect a lot of my country, we should to treat everyone with the same rights.

I posted the link in my above post to show that this church-building is a struggle in different places across the world for all different religions. I just didn't want you to take the attitude that your's was the only religion that was being picked on.

All this clashing between beliefs is one reason I choose not to involve myself in a religion. I guess I have been kinda frusterated by the current events myself [IMG]

Interesting Passage from book of Revelations:

""And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, but thou art rich and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan." (Revelation 2:8-9 KJV)"

I havent studied this closely enough to say who are the people who say they are Jews but are not and are actually the synagogue of Satan.

Who calls themselves Jews other than the Jews?
