Climbing on a red old couch in our apartment in Russia, and asking my mom: "mama, i'm 2, right?" (in Russian, obviously).. and her answering "No, you're 1"

    Yep... that.

When I was less than a year I remember when my parents put that fence thing by the stairs so I couldn't get up tthe stairs. I out-smarted them and went under it :).

Earliest thing I remember is that I was shitting my pants and laughing about it. Ofcourse my mother did not like it since she had to clean it.
At that time I was about 25 or 26.

I guess I was around 3 and a half or so, I had gotten a big wheel for my birthday and I was riding it around the pool with all my extended family around. my brother jumped out in front of me so I tried to avoid him and drove off the edge into the deep end - my grand father jumped in and pulled me out.

    ah the trauma

Yes, it was. When we grew older and started skiing, if the bastard stopped in front of me, he knew he was doomed. :)
