Disclaimer: Before you say nutmeg sucks ass and has a terrible high, yes! A lot of people over dose or don't like the effects.

    Nutmeg hang-overs sucks! It includes:
Your head throbs and hurts like hell!
You'll write really bad and miss letters and even words. Don't ask me why, but I've seen it several times.
    Bad cognotive functions(memory)
Dry mouth. Similar to MJ cotton mouth.

    My tips to avoid hang-overs

1.Drink lots and lots of water. A glass of water per hour or more will save you from hang-overs. Start the high/trip by drinking 10glasses of water or juice.

    2.Don't drink alcohol

    What do you think?

PS: I had a math test when I was still high on nutmeg! Not cool! Everything was fucking spinning... I got 5/6 on the test though!! :D (1=worst, 6=best) I didn't even answer to all the questions...

since you raided the pantry, youll either feel nothing, or very chill, probably confused, bumbled in your thoughts but not disturbed by them. probably not thinking at all about how the next day might be
