saline shouldn't float. I mean, salt water is heavier than fresh water.... ergo, i don't think her boobs would float... unless they were the old school silicone type, but didn't most of them get removed? in related news, my mother's boobs float, but they are real. Sure mine will float too, once they become more gravity stricken.
