Hemp Rally/ Festival

    A friend of mine was telling me of a hemp rally or marijuana festival of some sort that was in kentucky a few years back. she said it was on the ohio river but she didnt know (or remember) the name exactly. could you all let me know of some travelling festivals of this sort?

    Ohhh i want in my country to have such festivals 2.I`m allways very sad and mad when i think bout that!
    U all lucky people have the best time there,i want....I WANT festivals here 2!!!
