Every time I've tried smoking normal cigs I go really dizzy and sometimes throw up. I've smoked quite a few now, and my friends don't spew or go dizzy. Anyone know what this is, and if you do, do you know how to get past it?
Peace and love to you whoever you are.

Your lungs might just be sensitive. The more often you smoke, the more your body acclimates & you becomes less dizzy.

Virgin lungs... don't smoke after lots of physical activity and such.

Other than that... My advice to you is to not start smoking in the first place... nothing good off it...

don't smoke! lol. i started smokin four years ago and haven't let up since....you're best bet is to not smoke. it's expensive, stinky, annoying to non-smokers, you burn stuff alot, your hair/breathe/clothes will smell....it's better to not start!

I believe it's nicotine poisoning. Basically your body is telling you that it doesn't like cigarette smoke.

Please please don't start. I know others have said the same thing, but it really sucks trying to quit. I wish I had that problem when I started but because my entire family smoked, my lungs were used to it. It has take 3 years to quit. That is crap.
