Really quick question ... i've heard some mixed opinions on this, involving morning glory seeds. I know the procedure and all that, i'm not asking for any of that info ... I want to know if I should soak them and remove the outter shell ... which I heard to do. Or if I should grind the WHOLE seed ... which I also heard to do. I heard if you don't used the whole ting you won't have that great of an effect. What's the truth?
You can grind the shell. Some come with the shells removed. The shell can be coated with something to make you sick/vomit. So remove if you plan on eating the seeds. If you grew them, the shell can be grinded along with everything else.
dude, you should grind up your seeds in a coffee grinder, the put the grinded up seeds in a bottle of orange juice. Then take the orange juice-morning glory mixture, shake it up and put it in the fridge for about and hour. Then, when its cold take it out and strain it with a coffee filter. dont just drink it with the grinded up seed muck in there cuz that'll prolly make you barf. Then once you've strained your juice, drink it. good luck
By the way....Never use store bought seed. they are poisoned. You can by good seeds online cheap from a store called Sacred Garden link is mindzeyecreations.com All products in that store are highest quality and 100% organic. Morning glory seeds are relatively cheap. You could get the same or better effect from doing the same procedure with 10-15 Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds. make sure you get the Hawaiian strain. Be sure to check out the Peruvian torch green flesh incense. It is FANTASTIC! Thanks
I find that griding up a quarter ounce of seed in a coffee mill and placing the grindings in a large teabag works best. You let this soak in about 3-4 ounces water for about 3-4 hours. Squeeze tha bag and discard it. Drink the water. Happy trails! Use organic seeds
I'm yet to actually try my hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. But i've heard good results come from removing the shells (because they'll make you sick), soaking and grinding 8-10 seeds, and eating the mush too.
