Sorry I can't help you. I had two yesterday. Oh and it had been years before I started smoking again. Just think - I don't want stained teeth, smelly hair and clothes, and bad breath.

Just start again, fuck it. Smoke 5 packs of Camel non-filter a day that way you will die faster so others don't have to look at your lame addictive mentality and breathe in your obnoxious second hand smoke.

no! Bad lynsey, no cigs for you. Go get some nicotine gum or a patch if you have to, but no smoking! Grrr, it's so bad for you, you don't wanna smell all gross and smoky all the time now do you?

That's not true. My ma quit smoking and now she's as allergic to it as I am. Just think about all the money you are saving and how you can travel now. Think about the times you had to stand in the rain because your friends didn't want you to smoke in there house. Think about how good everything tastes and smells. Think about how your nails don't looke like they are pee stained.

Ugghh, lynsey, don't do it! You've been nicotine-free for months now, don't start it up again! And with your health, geez, don't give yourself even more problems!

Nicotine is harder than heroin to quit. I quit a few years ago and knew that once I got past the horrible first 3 days of withdrawal I would never fall back into the nicotine addiction. And I havent. Smoke pot not deathsticks.

I did not have one. I went to the fridge looked at the price tags on the bottom of the vitamin bottles looked in the mirror at the circles under my eyes, the bruises on my arms and needle marks from tests and iv's and decided to have some iced tea and carrot sticks...and the craving has passed after being on a smoking campus and having to smell it everytime I wanted to pee. I did break down and have a tall vanilla lowfat latte though...not even half caff

Just close your eyes: Picture yourself smoking when all of the sudden your cigerrette turns into a big silicone breast. That breat is leaking, oozing fluids and toxins into your mouth. You can't stop it and it just keeps going.
