    01) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.

    02) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

    03) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.

    04) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

    05) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.

    06) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.

    07) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

    08) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.

    09) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

    10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

Straight marriages are valid because they produce children.

or produce more consumers for capitalism to grow.

That's funny, because according to their documents, the Elite would like nothing more than to utilize eugenics and population control, kind of like they do in China. David Rockefeller has even praised Mao for China's eugenics policies. This is coming from probably the biggest capitalist in the world.

Personally, I am not for or against gay marriage. It really does not concern me in the very least. When all people are losing rights across the board, focusing soley on one minority group is useless.

This whole gay marriage argument is nothing more than a distraction shoved in our faces by the controlled media. They would rather keep us busy arguing and worrying about gay marriage than the fate of this country (and the entire world) and everyone in it (not just gays, but everyone).

So you've come to this thread to tell us that you don't care about gay marriage, and that we should not to talk about gay marriage, only about the conspiracy. Thanks.

Where did I say that people should not talk about this and only talk about "the conspiracy"?

Actually, I was responding to post #2, then happened to add my 2 cents on the whole gay marriage thing.

That's odd, since #2 is your own post. And your two cents was "i have no opinion". That's more like zero cents.

But tell me, when someone opens a thread about gay marriage, and you are the first to respond with "zzzzzzzz", how is that not shutting down debate on topics not officially approved by Alex Jones?

I meant #3. Ooooo.... what a major faux pas on my part.

It was mostly because of the generalizations being made, not the topic itself.

I would be the last person to believe that Bush is against gay marriage. Any man who gets into a coffin naked, jerking off while reciting his sexual history in front of 14 other men (this is what they do during a Skull & Bones initiation), probably isn't too concerned with what gay people do.

I am sure Bush wasn't too concerned when Jeff Gannon was entering and leaving the White House at all hours of the night, either.

The whole gay marriage thing is nothing more than a way for the Bush administration to rally the naive Christian Right behind a president who is liberal in every other way. It's easy to sell uninformed people on superficial, hollow social issues like this. If it wasn't for Bush and his phony moral beliefs, he wouldn't be able to call himself a "conservative." Fiscally speaking, he's the most liberal president ever.

The phony gay marriage debate also serves as a way to further polarize and divide the phony Left and Right into warring camps. The government wants you arguing amongst yourselves over relatively mundane issues like gay marriage.

Chances are if people are busy arguing over staged, media-instilled talking points regarding gay marriage, they won't be thinking about the real issues, like government-sponsored terrorism, government-run child prostitution rings, government drug smuggling, the emerging police state, the emerging high-tech Orwellian control grid, etc..

Its not a phony debate. Should gay marriage be legal or not? It matters if you are gay and want to get married. Not everybody sits in their bedroom reading Alex Jones and worrying about the globalists all day.

Like I said, you are upset that people are debating anything other than your precious.... the conspiracy theory. So any thread which is not about the conspiracy theory, you jump in and tell people that their issue is "phony" and only your precious matters. Are you proud of that?

I have the right to call it phony, just like people have the right to berate me by calling me a kook and a conspiracy theorist. It's a matter of fucking opinion, not what you personally care to read/hear. I can say whatever I want. I don't have to answer to you or anybody else.

Uh huh. But nobody questions your right to do so, I'm just wondering why you need to hijack every thread for your conspiracy theory.

The same reason you hijack every thread with attacks and insults. It's called freedom of speech. Freedom to be an asshole.

PB, Pro-Bush, Pretty Boy, whatever...why do you keep bringing up Alex Jones? What? Is it a personal vendetta? You have no room coming in here saying that Rat is hijacking anythread. You seem to be the one following him around and defeating EVERYTHING he says.

And I do think the OP was joking, btw...but that's just the vibe I'm getting.

I agree, but I don't think it's as malicious as you guys infer it to be. It's simply appealing to the lowest common denominator. I would like nothing more than to see relevant and thought provoking issues being broadcast into the heads of the population, but it doesn't work on a business level. Those kinds of stories and discussions can only find a market on specialty channels which people have to make an effort to tune into. Mass news, however, will lose an audience once you get too deep. Yes, it's very sad, but not surprising when you think of some of the people you know. People are dumb, and most of them are quite content to remain that way, which is why an issue like gay marriage will be blown out of proportion. It's easily stirs the religious, the macho-homophobes, the hippies and human rights organizations, not to mention gay people themselves. It all leads back to things people can relate to, and can easily form an opinion on. Makes them feel smart. Therefore the issue becomes a mundane part of our lives, and what better way to deal with it than humour....

Most people can think about more than one thing at a time. Things like "Iran's uranium" is a red herring, Gay marraige is a real debate, which effects a good number of people.
