i got this tattoo long before it was fashionable to get a tattoo .........it's hot stuff ,the lil red devil ...........was my motto .i thought i was hot stuff but over the years i think i flamed out ...lol

 

this is my brand new tattoo... just got it today!







it hurt like hell! but i love it.

How was it getting it done on your wrist? I have a piece planned for my left wrist but I've heard painful stories from friends, and also issues with healing and such

 

Out of my four tattoos. The one on my wrist hurt the worse... When it gets close to your hand it's pretty painful. The skin is really thin, so it gets right to the muscle. You also will have to get it touched up from time to time (a little more often than other tattoos) because the color will fade because of the thin skin it's on...also, the wrinkles in your skin from when you bend your wrist requires you to get a touch up usually.

 

Ouch.

I almost got a tattoo in Tokyo, back in 1966. On the way to the jab shop I met a luscious Japanese girl and we ended up at my hotel instead. I wish that I could remember her name so I could thank her!

Oh my gosh i don't even understand the mechanics! is your gum pierced?

 

^ It looks like to me that it's inserted between the teeth above the gum (I could be mistaken). I floss every day - I think there's a few places where I could do that, but why such a long stud, I wonder?

Thanks emmah! I'm getting a bird as my next tat, next week actually when my friend Kristie comes to see me, just above the flowers, it's going to look great together--- I hope! Anyway, I love all those peircings on ya, Cenobite. I've always wanted more facial peircings, but have trouble finding jobs that would allow me to have them.

What colours are you going to use for the bird?

 

I'm going to use a dark purple and yellows... Both my flowers have yellow in em and I wanted to use dark purple instead of the blue the sketch of the bird has... It's also got some silver-y grey in it, too. I'm really excited. There's a lil tribal work involved with it, too.
