I like the light and the differend shades of green, but its a pity that it looks so flat, because the chooice of colors is great.
it's really good, but i agree with skhip. maybe some more white in the flowers and some harsh contours to pop the bottom image.
it's very cool, i like the way you applied the paint in the flowers and such, ... i can see the canvass through the swirl though. Looks like a fun painting to do, a great expression.
the sky is amazing, and i love the fact that the canvas pattern comes through, im not keep on art that trieds to hide what it is. It is a shame that its so fla. parhaps play about with it if yor feeling daring
hmm If I see the canvas shining trough at someone's work I get the feeling that he or she didnt had enough money to buy new paint ~jk It depends to me, if Its part of the work to see the canvas than its ok to me, if its just because someone doesnt realize that a underpainting make's the actual painting much stronger than its not so ok to me. Partly the reason that it become a little flat I think.
I think it is great. there is a lot of movement, and I like the diversity between sky and the ground. Also, I agree that the chice of colours is very good.
thanks for all your comments guys! i've never taken any lessons before, so i dont know any sort of the painting rules.. i think it could use some work too, but i like it.
