Is there someone you like to swap personal messages with or do you log in everyday because you look forward to reading a certain person's posts? Have you become cyber-buddies? Is there someone in this forum that you'd like to get to know better?

 

Yep! We talk almost daily and have some great conversations on here and off here. It's so nice when you find someone you are able to talk to about any and everything and they completly understand and so not judge.
So ya, needless to say i have a constant pera-smile when we talk!

 

That's so great dmgreen! I really like what a lot of the people who post on here have to say as well... maybe I'll send a personal message to one of them and say hello. I've only been here for a few days so I am sorta still just feeling the place out. I hope you and your friend stay buddies for a long time to come!

No, I don't really like the idea of online friendships. If there is a guy here who lives near me and with whom I have things in common, I wouldn't mind meeting him in person. But I don't think I would want to talk to someone exclusively on the internet.

Well,i can say I've made afriend here in the past couple of days.We've PM'd each other a bit,and getting to know him has def.brought a smile to my face in a fairly dismal week otherwise.I'm sure we'll get a chance to hang out soon,and we'll see where it goes.Who knows what the future may bring?At the very least,we're friends because of this forum.

 

After I moved away 10 months ago from where I grew up, I unexpected developed a new shyness, lack of confidence. So now I don't have very many friends ... I'd like to make some friends from the forums, and maybe that would help me to overcome my insecurity.
