Has anyone read the following?: A Buddhist Bible The Lotus Sutra Living Buddha, Living Christ. If you haven't, you should. If you have, what did you think of them?
I have read parts of A Buddhist Bible, not sure if it's the one you are thinking of. It's a collection of Theravada, Mahayana, Zen, and Tibetan texts and is a wonderful introduction to the texts of these four sects. I reccomend it. Haven't found a book on the relation to the Buddha and Jesus, but I am interested in doing a research paper on that topic before I graduate. Let me know how that one is!
