I just found out something really bizarre. Okay, I listened to a program the other night on the Roswell UFO crash. When it happened, it was near midnight .on July 3, 1947. Just before the 4th. My dad was murdered in Ruidoso NM, near midnight on July 3, 1974. They put a gag order on my dad's death and my family could not learn why my dad was murdered. At the time, my mom and dad were divorced. My mom remarried and I lived with my mom and stepdad in another part of NM. I was told that my dad had received a phone call and was told that my mom, stepdad and I were in town(RUidoso where my dad lived) and that my stepdad was beating us up. My dad took two other guys and went over to the house where he was told we were at. It was a lie. We were in Taos, NM. My dad and one of two men, were shot and killed. The other guy got away and disappeared from the face of the earth. MY aunt tried to find him but couldn't. The authorities put a gag order on my dad's death. I looked up the newspaper article from when my dad was killed and the old man who killed my dad claimed that my dad and the other men were breaking in his house and harassing his wife. His wife refuted that and said what her husband said was not true. Okay, now some background on my dad and his dad. My grandfather worked for security at White sands missle range in the 60s. My dad was drafted in the army(and went awol one time! They were going to send him off to Vietnam and he and some others went awol in the LA airport!---and was later caught and spent some time in the brig, for that). My dad also went to college and majored in Journalism. I don't know why my dad was murdered. What is even more weird is that my grandparents later recieved a signed certified document from the Pres(Ford at the time) that my dad died in defense of the country. I found that weird. After getting the newspaper articles on my dad, I later looked up the names of the old man who killed my dad and the other men who were with my dad and all of their names were listed as being in the military. I just wonder if my dad's death had something to do with ufos. And I wonder if my grandfather had told my dad about anything he saw at white sands. Don't yall thnk it's wierd about the dates. July 3, 1947 near midnight July 3, 1974 near midnight.
Oh yeah, I forgot to say this. Later, when I was 12, my mom and I were living in Colorado Springs. My mom developed paranoid schizophrenia and one day she came in and claimed that there were two dark cars parked across the street with men in dark glasses watching our house. I didn't believe her at first. I thought it was a part of her paranoia. I went outside and pretended to check the mail and looked and sure enough, there were two official looking cars with men in dark glasses watching our house. They saw that I saw them and they drove off. That was the only time I noticed something like this. Another time during that year, a lady on a motorcycle, ran into my mom's car just as my mom was coming home, turning into the driveway. The lady on the motorcycle had her lights off. It freaked my mom out and she claimed the woman diliberately did that. I don't know if that was 'planned', or if it was just an accident. Then, one night my mom and I took a drive up the mountain and all at once there was a car on our tail. It freaked my mom out and she pulled off to the side to let the car by. Instead, they drove right up BESIDE US!! This time it freaked both of us out and my mom immediately turned around and we sped back down the mountain as fast as we could!! That was scary!!! Later, when I was in High School--I was receiving veteran social securiy check each month because of my dad being in the army. A government man called my grandfather(Mom's dad) and told him that he was going to come see me at my school. He just wanted to check up on how I was in school, etc. For some reason, it made me nervous. But I was told it was just a routine thing. It wasn't some dark dude in dark glasses, etc. Just some regular guy--and I showed him my art work, etc. And then he went on his way. I just wonder if someone sent him to see if I might want to find out about my dad's death. Someone told me that they thought that he might had known my dad and was checking up on me--for some reason. I don't That's why I listen to Coast to Coast late night on the radio! Our news is sooooo messed up. It focus' on trivial stuff--and hardly ever offers what's going on in other countries or what our gov. is doing behind the scenes. OUr mainstream tv news is controlled by big corporations with their own interests in mind. I don't agree with everything on Coast to coast, but it makes me think. Even though some of it sounds bizarre.
i'm not familiar with coast to coast, but i listen to amy goodman's democracy now on kvmr. which incedently does some pretty good independent coverage of its own. democracynow.org kvmr.org i would also add, there are many things we never learn the real reasons for or the whole story behind. sometimes the reasons for this are totaly innocent. sometimes the're totaly not. =^^= .../\...
Thats an intersting story CherokeeHippy. Are you cherokee? And yes the news media is very filtered and altered by the government, the best channel is LINK TV, it is a non profit news organization, Democracy Now! comes on there, as well as other great documentaries.
