Ok, so there i was after a five joint session in my friends bedroom "smokey as a mutha fcka" with my two friends, one of whitch had brought DOOM the movie so i was stoked........well 15 min through the movie i heard his mom walking up the stairs,my body had that feeling where u think it feels like it is a 100 degerees in the room and i was shitting my pants next thing i know i here his mom yell "WHAT THE FUCK, I TOLD U THAT I HATE DRUGS AND U BROUGHT THEM INTO MY HOME" then she struck the door with her fist collapseing the first layer of the door. OMG i was rdy 2 fcking run her down and bail down the stairs out the door but he said in a serious tone that she cant get in and we might as well finnish the movie LOL at that time i was like ok buddy u guys can watch the movie but im gonna fucking book outta here. so the next thing we know she is comes back up and goes "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!' and that was my cue 2 leave. My friend responded with "im not going anywhere" then she said "IM CALLING THE COPS" which my friend responded with "GO AHEAD" by that time my other friend said he wanted out before the poe poe came so we left bailing down the stairs on the way down i heard his mother on the phone saying the adress of the house OMG that bitch also my boss long story.......was actually phoning the cops i jumped into my shoes and was booking it down the road with one of my friends. My friend who lived there dident give a shit and stayed 2 confront the cops...yeah i know bad idea after 5 joints then a roach joint. but he was wrecked and dident give a shit about a confrontation with the poe poe.
So that is the end of my story and i will continue his story which today he told me on the phone.

He was sitting in his bedroom playing video games "Counter-Strike" if ur wondering and after about 30 min the cops get there and guess what there are THREE of em count em 3 ,WtF?! they need 3 cops 2 tell verbaly abuse a kid rofl. So they walk up the stairs and he is playing video games stoned as a mutha fcka they start talking and he continues playing "they tell him that he can go 2 jail because he is RLY BAKED as the cop said my friend laughed and said sum joke about how it took them longer because they had 2 stop off for coffee and doughnuts rofl. so there they are telling him all this bs about how bad pot is and my friend says "have u ever tryed it and the cop respondes with if i did do u think i would b wearing this uniform lol, to which my friend said ok then so then u dont know" lol
So his mom gives the cops my name and adress and shit and they leave

P.S. is it rly true that u can get arressted for being high because i saw this cops episode and this guy was high on coke and had nuthing on him so they couldent do anything.

P.S. # 2 Can his mom fire me for hotboxing a room in her house? is that a just cause lol

as far as getting arrested for being high, i don't think you can. as long as you have nothing on you, i think you should be ok. "being high isn't illegal, what gets you high is" is how someone once explained to me.

as far as getting fired goes, on that reason alone, i don't think so. you weren't at work or on company properity so they have no reason to fire you. they could maybe give you a drug test if they use them and see if you pass. but i think you should be alright. just make sure you don't go to work high or have anything on you.

Actually the cops probably do have better stuff to do, but they're required to answer her call.

Probable cause, if your car reeks of weed, that's a good reason, and also most people tend to say yes because they seem to forget you're allowed to say no to a cop.

 

Mother and son were aguing enough that doors were being damaged. Yeah, thats a situation that the cops want to look into. In domestic disputes, emotions are both strong and going every which way, so 3 cops sounds like a good plan. It seems to me that the problem is your friend and his mom have a lousy relationship. Determining the limits of pot use is an expression of the problem. Angry people trying to knock down doors is definatly something the cops (or some trained stranger) should deal with.

You can't get busted for being high per se, but "disorderly conduct" and related laws mean a cop can bust pretty much anyone, anywhere, anytime. This is called a say-so bust. ("Why am I under arrest?" "Because I say so!")

You can be fired for any reason. If it isn't an "approved" reason (like not showing up on time), then you qualify for unemployment. But you are still fired and there isn't anything you can do about it, unless your were fired because of your sex, race, religion, ethnicity, and a couple of other things. In that case, get a lawer. ("Stoner" is not a protected class.) This is the law in CA, your local laws may be different.

Um, most cops are cool if you're not an ass to them. They're people to, if you respect them, they'll respect you. It's that simple.

 

i was completely nice to the one cop that pulled me over for not having a front license plate. well i said that i didnt know that i had to have one and she gave me a $175 ticket anywayS!

lol after school yesterday i was walking home with 2 of my friends one of which was involved in my first post and a cop drove by us slowly and it was one of the ones that was in my friends bedroom lol, i had a Oz and a lil yayo that was requested by a friend that i was gonna deliever on my way back home but he never stopped.I had been arrested for drunk and disorderly bike riding there about 6 months ago. the poe poe found half a R&R bottle and my orange bong that had spilled bizong water and i got it all over my back rofl.
i could just picture myself redeyed and staggering all over they place trying 2 explain how i wasent drunk muhahah,just anuther reason y u can drink the DEVILS JUICE
