I heard somewhere someone said that THC and Acetometophine dont react well, or mayve it was Ibuprophen (sp?)... either way, is this true? And its probably stupid to ask but what the fuck?
medicaly i cant help you with this. but from personal experince i can tell you that i havent had any unwanted erffects if i take Acetometophine with my weed. but i dont take the Acetometophine as a pain reliving pill i take it with other chemicals in a cough medicine, before i go to bed at night. so the dosage may be less then if your taking Acetometophine in a pain reliving pill
i have no idea, but this is my theory: acetomaphan (i have no clue the spelling) is in common pain pills, no if it did affect it, odds are it would be common knowledge
well, paracetamol, as with asprin and ibuprofin, are anti-inflamatory analgesics - they lower your blood pressure by thinning out the platelets which cause swelling. swelling of blood vessels is the cause of most types of aches and pains. Cannabis is a vasodilator, it relaxes the blood vessels that carry blood. by combining the two, it could perhaps drop your blood pressure to uncomfortable levels if you are prone to low blood pressure, but for most people, it wouldnt do harm, and in fact would be a healthy combination for some people, if it wasnt for these chemicals' reputation for destroying your stomach
tylenol is for pain. ibuprofen is for inflammation (injuries and pressure-related things like headaches). tylenol, unlike aspirin does not inhibit platelet function (but also does not help against stroke). tylenol also produces less gastric distress and less ringing in the ears than aspirin. and it will damage the liver (even fatally) in an acute overdose. as far as the poster's concern with weed, i cannot say with 100% certainty, but i am damn sure that there is no concern here. they're completely different drugs that affect different systems in the brain and body. they don't have synergistic effects that i'm aware of. unlike taking these agents with alcohol, which is extra difficult on the body, marijuana and NSAIDS, i'm sure, are safe. remember, tylenol is toxic... unlike the ganj.
oh pleeeeese, enough of the gratuitous flattery, can't you find all that information on the web anyways
i have a professional's clinical handbook that contains every psychoactive drug sitting right next to me... this is one of the areas in which i am studying in college. clearly, Bill knows some of this stuff too. but intelligence and knowledge are different things. you CAN get info on the web (or from a book), or you can wait for someone like me or Bill (or others) to come along and present our semi-specialized knowledge of the topic. people only know things because they have spent the time learning about them...
